Multi Masters Group strengthens its technical division Techni Masters

On 1 April 2025, a merger took place within Multi Masters Group. Maintenance Masters, specialised in the technical maintenance of buildings, was fully incorporated into sister company Techni Masters. Last year, the same happened with Construct Masters. After these mergers, Multi Masters Group has 1 strong technical division left: Techni Masters. “Operationally, nothing will change for our customers. All Maintenance Masters employees have made the move to Techni Masters in this merger”, says Philip Paelinck, Managing director at Multi Masters Group.

Optimising technical services

“With the merger of Maintenance Masters, Techni Masters and previously Construct Masters, we have further optimised our technical services. Since 1 April 2025, we have one very strong technical division,” says Philip Paelinck.

“Multi Masters Group’s technical divisions were already working very closely together, hence the mergers. But with the merger, everything will be even more streamlined and our customers in particular will benefit from this.”

All types of technical profiles

Techni Masters was already specialised in outsourcing technical profiles for the industrial maintenance of production installations, such as breakdown engineers, maintenance engineers, electricians and technical operators. Thanks to the addition of first Construct Masters and now Maintenance Masters, many interesting profiles have been added.

In Techni Masters’ new structure, all technical profiles are brought together in four clear pillars:

  • Outsourcing industrial maintenance of production facilities
  • Facility maintenance of buildings
  • Welding and construction works
  • Maintenance and management of technical installations

“Our technical divisions were already working very closely together. By the merger, everything will be even more streamlined and our customers in particular will benefit.”

More streamlined

“For our customers, little has changed. They keep the same points of contact, but can now ask their technical questions in a more targeted way. This makes it easier for them and ensures faster answers to their questions.”

Little has changed for the employees of the three divisions either. “All technicians now work together within one department. This ensures closer cooperation and provides an opportunity to offer technical support more efficiently.”
