We are looking for a facility manager in Laeken (Brussels)
Multi Masters Group is looking for a new ‘master’ to join our team at one of our major clients. More specifically, we are looking for a facility manager for a fulltime job at a large company located at the Heysel Esplanade in Laeken (Brussels).
Your tasks as a facility manager in Laeken (Brussels)
As facility manager, you will have a very varied set of tasks:
- Managing a team of 3 to 4 experienced colleagues.
- Organisation and follow-up of maintenance management.
- On-site support for the HSC manager regarding safety, health and welfare.
- Supplier management.
- Coordinating and implementing small relocation projects.
- Requesting and following up on repairs and general maintenance of the offices, facilities and supplies.
- Organising and distributing products and gifts.
- Identifying and/or developing synergies between different branches.
- Developing and following up work-related procedures.
- Administrative tasks associated with the position (checking invoices, managing and following up welcome brochures,…).
- Badge and key management.
- Management of office supplies and furniture.
Your profile
- As facility manager for Multi Masters Group in Laeken (Brussels), you speak and understand Dutch, French and English.
- Having experience in facility management.
- Having experience in leading a team is a plus.
- A good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an important asset.
- Organised and structured work.
- Team player.
- Flexible, diplomatic and proactive.
