At Multi Masters Group, safety comes first. Techni Masters and Green Masters have proven the same with their recent success: Techni Masters obtained the VCA** certificate, while Green Masters again passed the VCA* audit. These certifications confirm that both companies meet the most stringent safety, health and environmental standards.
VCA?
VCA is the Dutch translation of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Checklist Contractors. Companies wishing to qualify for VCA certification must therefore demonstrate that they have an active policy on working safely, protecting the health of their employees and acting in an environmentally conscious manner.
Different gradations
VCA certifications come in different degrees:
- VCA*: For smaller companies with fewer than 35 employees that do not carry out complex or high-risk work. VCA* focuses mainly on the SHE work on the workplace and is mainly intended for non-complex organisations without subcontracting.
- VCA**: For companies with more than 35 employees, working with subcontractors or performing high-risk tasks. Unlike VCA*, VCA** focuses not only on the workplace, but also on the entire SHE structure, including policy, improvement management and organisation.
- VCA P: The highest recognition, specifically for companies operating in the petrochemical sector.
Within Multi Masters Group, Cleaning Masters, Hygi Masters, Security Masters and Safety Masters all hold VCA P certificates. Techni Masters has now proudly obtained the VCA** certificate, and Green Masters again passed the VCA* certificate with distinction.
There is also the VCU certificate, intended for companies in the temporary employment sector. Within Multi Masters Group, temporary employment agency Recrewtment holds a VCU certificate.
