2025 was marked by change and progress. Within Multi Masters Group, we were able to introduce many new innovations. We launched various cobots and other devices with efficiency in mind and developed an intensive sustainability plan for the brand-new head office at Oostkaai in Merksem (coming very soon!). 2026 also promises to be another year full of exciting developments in the world of facility management.
Innovations
As one of Belgium’s leading facility management companies, we will continue to focus fully on technology and robotisation in 2026. We are currently testing the Masters-drone, a groundbreaking solution that enables cleaning even in the most inaccessible locations.
Whether it involves working at great heights or in places where traditional methods fall short: this technology makes cleaning work faster, more efficient, and safer than ever before.
Soon you will be able to hear more about the applications of this device and when it’s ready to use.
Furthermore, we will of course continue to focus on robotisation in cleaning.
New headquarters
Last year, construction started at our new headquarters at Oostkaai in Merksem. We will move into this new office together with our sister company Recrewtment in the middle of 2026. The new workplace will not only be more modern and comfortable, but also places sustainability at its core.
The building was constructed according to BREEAM standards and achieved the ‘Very Good’ label, thanks to our conscious choices in terms of materials, energy use, indoor climate, and mobility.

Both our innovations and our new head office stress our strong focus on sustainability. We translate this sustainable vision not only internally, but also into concrete benefits for our clients. By continuously investing in new products and techniques, we help our clients reduce their ecological footprint.
