Mobility Masters cleans a fleet of 45 aircraft every day. “They often have just ten minutes to clean an aircraft in between flights. Long-haul flights need a thorough clean, but they always manage it,” says Bart Neukermans, Aircraft Appearance & Cleaning Manager. Mobility Masters and the national airline have worked together successfully for almost a decade. “Mutual trust and transparency form the basis of our cooperation.”

The daily schedule
Bart is not only pleased that Brussels Airlines chose Mobility Masters to clean the aircraft, they also take care of the schedule. “Compiling the schedule is often no mean feat. We provide them with the flight schedule, which changes every day, and they independently make sure their people’s daily timetable is correct. I don’t have to worry about that at all. Of course, there are times when consultation is necessary, but they usually propose a solution if a problem arises. Mobility Masters always takes the initiative to solve any issues. That really is their greatest strength.”
Quality control
Every month, several Brussels Airlines employees check an aircraft that has just been cleaned to evaluate how clean it is. Bart confirms: “Time and again, the cleaning is absolutely faultless. If a problem is found, it is rectified immediately. Mobility Masters always meets the quality requirements, which are determined not only by us, but also by our internal customers. And the feedback is very positive each time.”

Reliable and constructive
Bart describes the cooperation with Mobility Masters as flexible, reliable and constructive. “We may be the customer, but it genuinely feels like a partnership.” He stresses how open and constructive the cooperation is: “We have weekly meetings where everything is discussed openly, on both sides. There are no secrets. Every matter I bring up is taken seriously, and I see that every day.”
