Every year, the economic magazine Trends chooses the ‘Trends Gazellen’, the fastest growing companies in Flanders. No less than two divisions of Multi Masters Group have been selected for the 2021 edition: Mobility Masters and Techni Masters!
For Techni Masters it is the second nomination. Our masters in technical maintenance were already selected in 2019 and then finished in second place in the category ‘Fastest growing small enterprises in the province of Antwerp’. So this year they are again eligible, but this time in the category ‘Medium-sized companies’. In addition to Techni Masters, Mobility Masters has also been nominated. A double nomination within the Multi Masters Group: we are proud of that.
The Trends Gazelle in Multi Masters Group
The technical division of the Multi Masters Group is specialised in the outsourcing of technicians on the one hand and the technical maintenance of buildings and production lines on the other hand.
According to Trends, Techni Masters ticks off all the characteristics of a Trends Gazelle: a fast-growing and innovative company that positively influences the business climate in the region.
Did you notice the similarities between the Trends Gazelle mascot and our logo? The Gazelle and the springbok both symbolise rapidity and flexibility and make great leaps forward.
Multi Masters Group also emphasises these factors in its vision and CSR policy. On the basis of this policy, we strive for a better service with an emphasis on innovation and sustainability.
The growth of Techni Masters
Since the 1980s, Multi Masters Group’s range of facilities has expanded considerably. Techni Masters has been a member of the family since 2012 and focuses on the technical maintenance of production lines and buildings. In addition, you can call on our technical masters for all kinds of jobs such as repairs (electricity, plumbing,…), painting work or internal relocation. Meanwhile, the technical division of Multi Masters Group is active in the whole of Belgium.
The team consists of 100 certified maintenance technicians, failure technicians and work planners. “Thanks to our strong growth, we constantly have vacancies,” says manager Tom De Mol.
All technicians have at least 5 years of experience in production environments. “We call our technicians ‘techni masters’ because they are all top technicians in their field,” adds managing director Philip Paelinck.
Everything for a stable and continuous production
A perfectly functioning installation is crucial for stable and continuous production. Techni Masters ensures that your business processes run smoothly by means of qualitative technical maintenance.
That is why Techni Masters also focuses on the recruitment of technical profiles. “One of our biggest challenges is finding the best technicians,” explains Tom De Mol. “We also pay attention to the match between the candidate and the company.”
“Once we have found the right person, we provide excellent material. Each technician gets a personal material box and equipment, among other things. A major advantage of our service is the fact that our technicians can be deployed 24/7 in shifts and live within a radius of 30 km of their employment. In this way, we ensure continuity and can act quickly.
Safety first: VCA certification
A safe working environment is crucial. We strive for a long-term partnership so that every technician is familiar with your machinery. This knowledge increases safety on the work floor. Moreover, Techni Masters has been VCA certified* since 2015.
