Support young athletes

The Ranch was founded six years ago out of a need to support young athletes. “As a former professional football player, I wanted to help young athletes avoid the obstacles I had faced myself. Soon, our offering expanded to entrepreneurs and people with busy jobs who struggle to combine their health with their lifestyle. In recent years, we have mainly been guiding many entrepreneurs, but also people in demanding positions. We offer a 360-degree approach: sleep, nutrition, general movement, strength training, and more.”

Holistic approach

After six years, the original location had become too small. “We regularly had waiting lists. We started with just two people, and now we’re a team of twelve. Our new location is significantly larger, with nearly 1,000 m². In terms of parking and accessibility as well, this is a huge step forward.”

What makes The Ranch unique is its holistic approach. “With us, it’s never just about doing a bit of exercise. Everything happens with full guidance on every level. Everyone receives a personalized plan, both for strength training and nutrition. Group sessions are also always professionally supervised.”

The quality of the team is no coincidence either. “Everyone who works here is internationally certified. This allows us to maintain coaching at the highest level.”

A new location with new challenges

The move to the new location also brought its fair share of challenges. “With the new location, everything had to be perfect. We want to offer a certain level of quality, and that must be clearly reflected in the environment, especially when it comes to hygiene. Cleaning is crucial in a fitness cente, just think of the changing rooms and restrooms. We provide a high standard, and that must be reflected in every aspect.”

Through his contacts, Nayib got in touch with sales representative Timo. “I had a direct reference telling me they were very satisfied with Multi Masters Group, and that was an important reason for me to work with them. Today, Cleaning Masters handles the entire cleaning of The Ranch, from general cleaning to window washing. “We do regular cleaning twice a day. Why? Because the restrooms and changing rooms must be spotless so that our clients always have the same experience. The cleaning master who works here does an excellent job. She thinks along with us, asks the right questions when something is unclear, and identifies where work is needed, which is very important. It’s also always the same cleaning lady throughout the week, which makes everything much easier.”

Even during the move, Cleaning Masters’ added value was clearly noticeable. “It was really a construction site here. In the last few weeks, we had to call in Cleaning Masters for a major clean-up. With the standard arrangement, we wouldn’t have finished on time, or it wouldn’t have been good enough. They took it on immediately, which ensured we could open properly on the scheduled date.”

The collaboration received a real boost when a new supervisor was assigned to the site. “At first, operations at the previous location were a bit more complicated. But with the arrival of supervisor Lieve, everything ran much smoother. She is one of the most experienced supervisors and immediately took the lead. Since Lieve came on board, everything has been going excellently. She follows up thoroughly, decisions are made quickly, and work is carried out efficiently. I really appreciate the flexibility and quick communication Lieve brings,” Nayib says with high praise.
