a polyvalent maintenance technician (m/f/x) with experience to enforce our team in the Antwerp region. The ideal candidate fully agrees with the values of the Multi Masters Group. We are looking for a true master in his profession, someone who shows and deserves respect, who is loyal, has a hands-on mentality and radiates confidence.
Your tasks
- you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of building installations
- you make an inventory of the installations together with the person in charge
- you are the first line contact person with the customer
- you carry out self-sufficient maintenance tasks according to a checklist
- you can carry out repairs on electrical, HVAC and sanitary installations
- you are caring in reporting your work
- you are always willing to learn
- you help and/or guide potential partners or colleagues
Your skills and competences
- you have a solid electrical knowledge
- you have notions of HVAC and sanitary installations
- you can read electrical diagrams
- you have a driving licence
- you speak and understand Dutch very well
- you can show flexibility to start up this new division
