APK expands
Since 2015, Cleaning Masters has been the cleaning partner of APK Group. The company has experienced significant growth since then, and Cleaning Masters has grown with them. “Initially, about 20 locations were cleaned,” says Johan Gerits, Facility manager at APK Group. “But we grow every year, and Cleaning Masters grows with us.”

Johan confirms: “We no longer have to worry about whether cleaning is done at this or another site. It’s just fine,” he says. “If a cleaner is absent due to illness, we receive a call, and a replacement is arranged soon. They anticipate to solve the problem for us.”
APK appreciates Multi Masters Group’s flexibility
In addition to unburdening, flexibility is also one of Multi Masters Group’s strengths, according to Johan. “When a new site is added, they come immediately to measure all square meters. Then we receive an offer. If there’s an agreement, Cleaning Masters organises the startup and delivers suitable personnel and all the necessary equipment.”
Hygi Masters
In addition to the cleaning of their buildings and window washing, Johan occasionally relies on the services of our hygi masters. “When we have pest problems, they help us. At the Lommel SK football club for instance. That club is part of CFG, where Paul Kerkhofs, founder of APK Group, was chairman. Sometimes we have insect infestations at the club, and these are well solved by Hygi Masters.”
