In early 2025, Ecobati chose Cleaning Masters to clean three sites in Herstal, Namur, and Sprimont. For Tanguy, accessibility and flexibility in particular make all the difference. “If I have a question, I always receive a clear answer in no time at all. The contract is transparent, the communication clear, and the invoicing correct.”
He summarises, “As purchasing manager, above all, I want certainty. If there is an issue, I want it to be resolved. And I feel that Cleaning Masters are on exactly the same wavelength. So far, they have always responded correctly and quickly.”
