Lennik municipality convinced by Cleaning Masters: “The quality has increased tremendously”

At the Lennik municipality, our cleaning masters make sure the buildings are spotless. From the sports hall to reception rooms and even the town hall. For Facility manager Jos Pappaert, it is clear: “The fact that we have one point of contact is the big advantage.”

Lennik municipality is very happy with qualitative follow-up

In its search for a new cleaning partner, Lennik municipality was looking for a structured follow-up. That’s what Facility manager Jos Pappaert found at Cleaning Masters. “Follow-up was the big problem with our previous partner. We saw a team leader only once every two months. Since the arrival of Cleaning Masters, I can say with conviction that the quality has increased enormously. There is better cleaning and better follow-up now. When those two things are there, the quality will also be there.”

Professional emergency team

Some cleaning jobs are more challenging than others. Some places are simply dirtier. Jos Pappaert refers, among other things, to the hall that looked terrible after a 100 days-party got out of hand. Then he counts on the Cleaning Masters‘ emergency team. “The ‘calamity clean-up’ is what we call it here. Then the emergency team comes along with Angela, who does the tricky clean-up work. She does a really great job. When Angela has passed, it’s like new.”

Total partner for Lennik municipality

At Multi Masters Group, we want to completely unburden our customers. The positive feedback from the municipality of Lennik is therefore a boost. “Over the years, Multi Masters Group has become more and more of a total partner. In addition to ‘regular’ cleaning, the masters also ensure, for example, that toilet paper is always replenished or that soap dispensers are available.” Lennik municipality’s confidence is high. “That is why we have already entrusted four additional buildings to Cleaning Masters in the course of our cooperation.”
