In the heart of Hasselt, in the lively Quartier Bleu, sits the health and performance centre The Ranch. Its founder, Nayib Lagouireh, a former professional footballer, started the centre six years ago with one clear goal: to help people reach their full potential. While the centre was initially focused on young athletes, it now also serves entrepreneurs and professionals looking to balance their health with a demanding lifestyle. With personalized guidance in movement, nutrition, sleep, and strength training, The Ranch offers a comprehensive concept where quality and results are central.
From small beginnings to a larger space
After six years, the original location had become too small. The new centre covers nearly 1,000 m², with improved parking and accessibility. The team has grown from two to twelve members. “We often had waiting lists and wanted to ensure everyone could receive the guidance they needed,” Nayib explains.
“When the cleaning masters have been here, everything is in perfect order.”
The move also brought new challenges, particularly regarding hygiene. “In a health & performance centre, locker rooms and sanitary are crucial for the client experience,” he adds.

She keeps a close eye on everything, decisions are made quickly, and work is efficient. I really appreciate the flexibility and prompt communication she demonstrates,” Nayib explains.
