Security Masters, the former Flanders Port Security. We specialise in the surveillance of logistic, industrial, chemical and petrochemical companies in the port area.

We are looking for
a team leader (m/f/x) for the follow-up of our activities in the port of Antwerp.
Your tasks
As team leader you will manage a team of Security Masters. Together with your security agents, you will provide both permanent and mobile surveillance at our client’s port of Antwerp. This includes access control on port and industrial sites as well as constant surveillance of goods, buildings, ships, etc. on one clearly defined site.
Your skills and competences
- you have experience in the security sector.
- you have experience in managing a team.
- you are familiar with the basic computer applications.
- you speak and understand Dutch.

- you are motivated, flexible and diligent.
- you communicate fluently with your employees.
- you are punctual, collegial and service-minded.
- you are willing to work not only during the week, but also at night and at the weekend.
- you have your own transport.
