BeMatrix sees cleaning volume grow substantially
Stand builder BeMatrix is a big name known in Belgium and abroad for its modular frame systems for the exhibition and event sector. The company from Roeselare (West Flanders) has experienced enormous growth in recent years. From a single factory building it evolved to three buildings. “Of course, that also meant a lot more cleaning at beMatrix.”
Eye for detail
That’s why Bart Van Lissum started looking for an external service provider. The choice finally fell on Multi Masters Group. Why? Apparently the details made the difference. “The first contact was immediately right. Like us, Multi Masters Group communicates smoothly and down to earth. In my eyes that was a good sign.”

Apart from cleaning the offices, beMatrix quickly called in additional services. Cleaning Masters took care of the industrial cleaning. And Hygi Masters took care of façade cleaning and also standardised the sanitary facilities.
“It seems like a detail, but with the same towel and soap dispensers in every toilet area you leave a neat and organised impression”, says Bart Van Lissum, who is very satisfied. To such an extent that the supply and replenishment of hygienic paper has been added to the service package of Multi Masters Group. “I only have to call and everything is arranged.” In fact: “You can really ask Multi Masters Group anything.”
