Galloo, a prominent recycling company with more than 40 sites in Belgium, France and the Netherlands, has been working with Multi Masters Group since 2017. What started with cleaning through Cleaning Masters, grew into a collaboration that also includes technical maintenance through Techni Masters. Facility assistant Charlotte Pittery testifies about the benefits of having one total provider for facility services.
One partner that evolves with you
“Cleaning Masters provides cleaning in five of our branches,” says Charlotte. “When we expanded significantly in 2017, we looked for a partner who could handle the capacity to serve several new sites at the same time. “As we grow, Multi Masters Group grows with us. This way, the right people are in the right place every time.”
Continuity in people and approach
For Galloo, it is important that the same employees regularly return to the same site. “If there is an expansion, those responsible always manage to put together a cleaning team at short notice.
Follow-up is also very structured, according to Charlotte: “Weekly inspections happen, and in case of absences, replacements are well organised. All this creates confidence.”
Clarity and transparency
Charlotte also praises the clear communication and transparent cost management: “Everything is communicated correctly, clearly and on time every year, giving us enough time to provide feedback. On top of that, we know perfectly what the cleaning costs us per building. That runs very transparently. And are some buildings closed for a while because of work and no cleaning is needed? Then that is included in the budget.”
One group, multiple areas of expertise
For several years now, Galloo has also called on Techni Masters for technical maintenance. This also runs remarkably smoothly, according to Charlotte: “Whether it’s Cleaning Masters or Techni Masters: everything has the same, good structure. It is clear that Multi Masters Group is one big group.”
