Senior Living Group counts on Multi Masters Group for extractor hood cleaning, window cleaning and pest control in all its branches. We asked hospitality manager Luc Van Eester and purchase manager David De Mol of Senior Living Group how they experience the intensive cooperation with the facility services provider.
Senior Living Group is part of the international Korian group and manages residential care centres, assisted living facilities and a home care organisation throughout Belgium. The cooperation with Multi Masters Group started in 2018. At that time Senior Living Group had just acquired a number of Belgian residential care companies. The management wanted to coordinate and outsource some facility services centrally. Eventually the choice fell on Multi Masters Group.

Therefor, the group expects the same from its suppliers. “That is indeed one of the reasons why we chose Multi Masters Group. Just like us, they are strongly committed to CSR. Take their EcoVadis label for example. That prooves that they clean in an environmentally conscious way and with harmless products”, says Luc Van Eester.

Attention to the environment is therefore to Senior Living Group’s liking. But there is another advantage of Multi Masters Group that they are very enthusiastic about. “The fact that we (for all sites and all services together, ed.) have one contact person (SPOC) is a great asset. Our contact person Patrick follows up everything correctly. Thanks to that direct line, Multi Masters Group not only takes care of my own team, but also of the management of all residential care centres”, concludes Luc Van Eester.
